[Notice] Abolition and Reorganization of Conquest Garrison System

We would like to share the future direction regarding the 'Garrison and Fatigue System,' which was initially introduced to resolve the stagnation of the current Conquest and create a more dynamic combat environment.
■ Background and Current Status In the existing Conquest, the defenders held an excessive advantage, leading to a stalemate where top-tier Legions could hold castles indefinitely. To address this, we aimed for a scenario where multiple field Legions could cooperate to challenge powerful Castle Lord Legions, leading to the introduction of the Fatigue and Garrison systems.
■ Identified Issues However, since the implementation, we have observed phenomena that differed from our intentions:
Stagnation of Combat Patterns: Although we intended to encourage participation from multiple Legions, certain servers still devolved into 1:1 confrontations between top Legions, diminishing the purpose of the system.
Disparity Between Servers: Due to differences in active population and power distribution, the efficiency of penalties and rewards provided by the system showed extreme variance across servers.
The management team humbly acknowledges that the current Garrison system failed to provide sufficient enjoyment and did not achieve its design goals. Consequently, we have decided to completely abolish the Garrison system.
■ Update Details
Removal of Garrisons.
Removal of score changes based on Fatigue (stat influence from Fatigue will remain).
A flat deduction of 5 Fatigue for both attackers and defenders during combat.
These updates will be applied starting from the next season.
